The Republican party has made a major decision, inorder to show that Senator John McCain is correct with his Iraq policy the party has decided to move its Republican convention from Minnesota to the fine city of Bagdad,Iraq. This was a big suprise to the vice president who stated that he will not go because it is not safe. Joe Liberman said that he likes the move. The president asked why it is necessary to move the convention because the two cities are so close in distance. Security for this convention will be lead by Donald Rumsfeld due to his great knowledge of the Iraq people. The hope is that some of the the candidates that are running for politics in Iraq, will change parties and become Republicans. They would be called Iraqicans. The hope is that 20,000 people will attend and 5,000 will return, this would be good for both parties. The Republicans that are against this conventions move to Iraq are the ones that voted for and backed the president in this war have said that they never wanted to go there. The Republicans have said that if this convention is successful that it will be held in Bagdad for the next twenty years or until the war is over.

Hey the Demacrats are going also because they mistakenly thought the republican party was their own. Hell even the tax payers couldn't tell the difference anymore because all the issues they preached about didn't matter anymore because all the talked about was abortion and gay marriage untill america went cross eyed. Then one man stood up and told the truth for once and america said oh my god someone whom is telling us stuff that would get anyone here booed off the stage. Americans looked on in rapture this guy is serious oh my god he is not scripted. Oh jesus help us look at his voting record for the last 40 years I like this guy. This man is the utter under dog but I am convinced that he knows what he is talking about. Why haven't I ever heard about this guy Ron Paul oh wait wasn't he the one the call Dr. No and the one they ridicule and laugh at.

You know its kind of funny how he is the lowest on the poles but his meet up groups out number all the other contestants combined. Oh wait you can't make a post without 500 of his supporters spamming you. Well all I can say is you better get on board because the revolution is here and the media or the two parties still ignore it.

Please tell me the amount of Libertians that there are in the U.S. congress. Unless the rules are changed, Ron Paul has no member of congress that thinks the way he does except Democrats on his war message. A third party candidate has no chance in this country the way things are now. Not a bad man, but has no way of winning. He is not an R or a D.

I began reading these blogs trying to find out if there were events in the area to support John Edwards. However, in reading these blogs, I have become increasingly frustrated. Mr. Moore, you are what is wrong with politics today. You have done nothing but argue and spew negativity. You are on a pro-Edwards webpage. If you are so against John Edwards and his agenda then go find some other politician to support and ACTIVELY campaign for him. Go to all of the Meetup pages for the candidate you support and tell them why you hate John Edwards. Even better, tell them why you support the candidate you support. I can't tell from your posts what candidate you do support. Your only goal seems to discredit the candidate we have chosen to follow. I do not understand why people think campaigning automatically means trashing every other candidate until theirs looks good. How is that helping anyone? The purpose of these meetup pages is to meet people who share similar interest or beliefs, it's NOT so you can have a platform to argue your personal opinions. Clearly, if we are here on the meetup page for John Edwards, we are not going to change over to your train of thought. Clearly, you are not going to transfer over to ours. So move on and accept it. I am sure there are more helpful things you could do to support a candidate than responding to EVERY post made on another candidate's meetup page. Perhaps, you could go have a meetup of your own for people who hate John Edwards. Then everyone there will be interested in hearing your opinion. Because I am pretty sure the others on this page are not.

Haha...I was speaking to the man before you that has responded to EVERY comment you or other posters have written since he became a member. You had commented in between, but I was just very frustrated when I saw his comments on every page. I just didn't see his point in arguing with everything that was said. His comments all seemed to be made in order to cause an argument rather than to promote discussion or create answers. I see that as the problem in our system right now. Everyone wants to spend time arguing and mudslinging and have not spent half the time they should coming up with solutions to the problems Americans face. That is why I like John Edwards too. He has so many solid plans to put into action. You can tell he has actually thought about the issues at hand and is going to work to fix some of our country's problems. He is emotional about the issues, as well, but his plans are logical and have required a lot of thought and analysis. I agree with you. Just not the man attacking every opinion you have made on this forum.
