If War Continues, Will There Be A Draft?

All of the Republican candidates, with the exception of Ron Paul, back G.W.Bush and feel that the Iraq war should go on for as long as it takes. One has to ask ones self where is the man power going to come from when the military is having troubles right now getting people to sign up. I believe that they are offering the soldiers $40,000 to reinlist but at what price? How long can we afford to spend that amont of money on each soldier to come back? If a Republican is elected he must answer the question before the election as to where the man power is going to come from when the military can no longer find volunteers to fight in Iraq? A candidate will not use the ''D" word until after he is elected but if the U.S. is expected to maintain a fighting force in the war, there is a great possibility that a military draft of both men and women would be possible. Every candidate that wants this war to continue should have to answer what happens when we run out of volunteers. Another question is how long can we pay for a war that we were told that the war would pay for itself? If you have the answers, please let us all know. Is your son or daughter at risk of being drafted if we have a Republican president?
